I too have been a SG-1 fan from the beginning, and mourned the decision to end the series. (Another 10 years would have suited me just fine.)
It had a great cast, with great stories, that never, never took its self too seriously, and never let you down.
So the news of the upcoming release of a Stargate Worlds gives cause for much excitement here. I’ve looked over, (and saved copies) of all the concept art I can get hold of, and must say it looks GREAT!
So many questions, what classes, professions, races. weapons, gadgets, crafting?
Fall of 2008 seems a long way off.
I look forward to finding answers in future forums and blogs.

Honestly, I would have loved another 10 seasons as well, but I just hope that if it did, it wouldn't have worn itself out.

I think they are doing a decent job with Atlantis as the continuation

Build a Guild

A Guild is just an organized group of gamers with a common theme or mission. Guilds should have a Banner Logo (128px) and can be joined three ways...Open (Anyone), Approval (Anyone can apply), Invite (Private Invitation). The benefits to joining or creating your own Guild is proven mmo strategies and better friendships. An organized team with assigned roles is a force to be reckoned with. Read through the different Guild mission statements and if none appeal to your taste create your own Guild. Each Guild group can create bulletins and group emails that will help keep you in sync. Plus you may add your Guild comrades to your profile Connections for a simple buddy list.
