SGW Command Guild Policies:
In order to keep the SGW Guilds unique and structured, please follow the Guild Command guidelines below:
1. All Guilds must have unique Guild logos posted (128px by 128px).
2. Place ONE short sentence in the "Summary" field.
3. Place your FULL Guild Mission statement in a Guild Bulletin.
4. No Spamming or Advertising in email or pm. Report abuse.
5. All Guilds will have to the month end to gather 4 or more members. Try to get them before creating your Guild.

Guild Forum Policies
1. No guild that has not achieved the 4 (Four) member minimum will be allowed to post in the Guild forum.
2. No flaming or bad mouthing other guilds in their forums! Offenders will have their forum rights suspended.
2.A) Good natured ribbing is ok, playful back and forth of "The Tau'ri will kneel before their true gods" or "Gonna hunt me a snake and it's in your head!" is acceptable as long as the Guild manager is ok with it. My advice: PM guild management before posting!
3. No flaming or bad mouthing other guilds in YOUR forum. We are trying to build UP a community of Stargate fans and get ready for a game that we will all enjoy. Offenders posts will be removed and forum right suspended.
4. Guilds that achieve 25 members will granted their own Guild Forum. Note: The exact number may be increased at any given time, the idea is for particularly large guilds to have special features available to them that will alleviate some of the burden on the moderators.
5. Command members are prohibited from trolling the Looking For Guild forum and posting advertisements there. That forum is for those looking for guilds to post their stats and interests. Command members are expected to contact them either through e-mail, PM or IM, not the forum.
SGW Command Guild Site Policies:
SGWGame.com Guilds can now create their own Command Guild site page! See the Guilds sidebar menu > Manage Guild Site.
1. Don't post an empty "Under Contruction" page.
2. HTML can be copied into your guild site editor. Try Adobe Dreamweaver, etc. to initially create your layout.
3. Images can be linked from your SGWGame blog or other "owned" sites.
4. No scripts or commercial advertising. Just Guild promotion and info.
5. One Guild Site per Command Guild.
6. Must FIRST have an active SGWGame.com Guild with at least 4 members and a logo.
Of course, no porn, badwords, racist or anything degrading or harmful to minors should be posted on any sites.
