Hey folks,

I registered my account and for the beta but no where did I find a spot to upload my computer specs. I have a beast of a machine so I am not worried for myself but I was wondering why specs were not a part of the requirement for beta selection.

From my previous testing experience, there have always been problems when hardware was not a consideration since graphic scalability is usually something added much later. Typically at the start you want to turn on all the lights and see which are burnt out -- my attempt at analogy . Or at least, that was the logic of the devs for most of the other betas I have been a part of, both in MMOG's and non-persistent games.

With the beta selection fast approaching, can we expect to see some sort of dxdiag submission forms to pop up? Or am I way off base with this thinking?

Bare in mind that if you've got an important question about the beta, you will more likely get answers from there as it is the official beta forum.

Build a Guild

A Guild is just an organized group of gamers with a common theme or mission. Guilds should have a Banner Logo (128px) and can be joined three ways...Open (Anyone), Approval (Anyone can apply), Invite (Private Invitation). The benefits to joining or creating your own Guild is proven mmo strategies and better friendships. An organized team with assigned roles is a force to be reckoned with. Read through the different Guild mission statements and if none appeal to your taste create your own Guild. Each Guild group can create bulletins and group emails that will help keep you in sync. Plus you may add your Guild comrades to your profile Connections for a simple buddy list.
