Well...
When the game comes out, I'd be lying if I'd say I didn't want to roll one of each to see what's up.

But as far as allowed PC's... Liking the humans (not necessarily Tau'ri, though basing Tau'ri makes for easy history and gameplay references), Goa'uld and loyal Jaffa...

Not so interested in the Trust or Free Jaffa *shrugs*

Jury is out on Asgard. Something about constantly running about in the buff.. in the middle of space... in a metal ship.. seems... chilly.

But for text RP, sky's the limit on characters to play... No sense limiting ones' self to human/jaffa/asgard/goa'uld. Other races out there: Furlings, Nox, other humans, Ancients, Wraiths, other.. lesser known aliens.

nods I tried to do a scenario on my guild's temp site.. but it didn't really go anywhere... Too many of the "not really familiar with the Stargate thing yet" complaints. Bah. So yeah.. throw up a scene and lets see where it rolls!

ok... We were on our way to Atlantis when the ship had to jump out of hyperspace early, just as we had jumped out of hyperspace the Orion was attacked by a new wraith mothership the orion had put up a good fight but the new mothership did not seem to be taking much damage, some of the crew had been beamed to the surface of the planet, but only 5 people made it before the Orion had been destroyed, after the Orion had been destroyed the wraih had sent down many darts filled with wraith to hunt the survivors "Alright this is an unexplored planet, we need to find the gate, and fnd shelter, you 3 go and find shelter we'll go look for the gate, meet back in O-300"-coronol(me) so we leave to search for the gate

Build a Guild

A Guild is just an organized group of gamers with a common theme or mission. Guilds should have a Banner Logo (128px) and can be joined three ways...Open (Anyone), Approval (Anyone can apply), Invite (Private Invitation). The benefits to joining or creating your own Guild is proven mmo strategies and better friendships. An organized team with assigned roles is a force to be reckoned with. Read through the different Guild mission statements and if none appeal to your taste create your own Guild. Each Guild group can create bulletins and group emails that will help keep you in sync. Plus you may add your Guild comrades to your profile Connections for a simple buddy list.
