Personally, I think it has something to do with Micheal. Carson is responsible for the retrovirus which turned Micheal into an outcast, and also, Micheal is pretty keen on all those gene experiments.

Also, we haven't seen Micheal in a while, and I assume he survived their latest encounter.

I dont think theres a chance we will be seeing Carson again, that explosion was pretty final i think. It took out half the tower...
Even if he came back as part of some gene experiment of Michael's, he wouldnt be the same funny scotsman that we knew, he'd come back somehow changed, Kind of like they did with Dr Weir..
Dont get me wrong, i was gutted when carsons character left the show... But i dont think they have any reason to bring him back.. + the new docs a cool character... I think she is a good addition..

Ah but he will, straight from the studios mouth. He has a guaranteed 2 episode stint in season 4 and maybe a third. I think it will have to do with either an Ancient or the Wraith possibly Michael specifically.

I'm gonna bet on Dr Weir bringing him back as a replicator, she has the most ties with him. Maybe something to do with him trying to make them more human so they can ascend. Someone who we haven't seen in ages is Lt Ford, I miss him.

I agree about the Replicator theory, though it's possible he ascended in some form. In the episode "Holiday", he was seen talking with McKay after his death in a transparent, and dare I say, ethereal form. It's possible the producers will decide that he was half-ascended, or some other form, and that he will descend, in a rather inconvient place. Much like how Daniel Jackson descended twice, and much to his dismay, naked. Still, the replicator theory holds more water.

As for Ford, he does need to be brought back. It was hinted at that he was dead, but I doubt this. It'd be a perfectly good waste of an excellent actor, as well as good storytelling device. I get the feeling that we haven't seen the last of Ford.

Going to agree with Kagi on this... It will be good to see him back... as far as Ford goes he was actually not an actor at first... he sent an audition video to the producers...and got part... Yes he was good for season 1 and 2 but not sure they going arc his story... did he die on that hive ship?

I'd say that Carson ascended, maybe with the help of an ancient like Homa's done with Daniel.
He might appear to the SGA personnel to warn them or something.

I also like the idea of him being a replicator, but i don't think bringing him back as "not being himself" is that great.

Build a Guild

A Guild is just an organized group of gamers with a common theme or mission. Guilds should have a Banner Logo (128px) and can be joined three ways...Open (Anyone), Approval (Anyone can apply), Invite (Private Invitation). The benefits to joining or creating your own Guild is proven mmo strategies and better friendships. An organized team with assigned roles is a force to be reckoned with. Read through the different Guild mission statements and if none appeal to your taste create your own Guild. Each Guild group can create bulletins and group emails that will help keep you in sync. Plus you may add your Guild comrades to your profile Connections for a simple buddy list.
